MY STORY

I am Zoe, I am married and a proud mum to my son and step mum to my daughter.  I am a teacher and have worked with children for over 15 years. I completed my Early Years PGCE after completing my drama degree. I started my career as a Year one teacher and my passion for the Early Years led me to become a Reception class teacher and eventually leader of the Schools Foundation Stage. 12 Years ago, I opened the doors to my first nursery, and I have never looked back. I have led all my six settings to Ofsted Outstanding and completed the Herts Quality Standard. I have excellent knowledge of how to lead a setting, how to plan and assess for every child. I believe all children deserve the best start to education and their life journey. My passion for children with additional needs came about after supporting many children in my settings that needed a different approach and knowing I could make a difference. I have learnt so much over the past 15 years and never want to stop learning. Our children today are in a different world and the right place to learn and develop is what every parent wants. I have a passion to be that place so all children can access a setting that meets them where they are, understands their next steps and give them a space they feel safe, nurtured and understood.

I have had the experience of working with children on the Autistic Spectrum, children with a range of neuro-developmental conditions, sensory processing difficulties and physical disabilities. I have supported several children through education health care plan assessments and reviews and the school admission process.  All my current nurseries are recognised for being inclusive.

I have the best job in the world, seeing children achieve and develop into confident individuals who can take the next step their journey.
